Lesson Plan 1- How to Improve Voter Turnout

Objective:  Students will analyze ways to improve voter turnout and write a proposal detailing one possible solution.

Lesson Plan 2- Candidate Profiles

Objective:  Students will conduct research on three presidential candidates and write a biographical profile for each.

Lesson Plan 3- The Electoral College

Objective:  Students will explore the pros and cons of the Electoral College and write a persuasive essay expressing their position on whether it should be continued or not.
